Kristen Williams
Our Director, Kristen Williams, brings more than 15 years of experience in education and early childhood leadership to Little Blessings Early Learning Center. She is passionate about creating high-quality learning experiences, supporting teachers and families, and helping children build the confidence, skills, and foundation they need to succeed in school and in life.

Ms. Lee loves working with preschoolers because their curiosity and excitement for trying new things make every day an adventure. She enjoys their creativity, loves hearing their funny jokes, and finds joy in helping young children learn, grow, and explore the world around them.

Ms. Rina is passionate about helping children learn and grow through meaningful experiences each day. She loves being a safe and caring presence for her students and values building strong connections with families to support every child’s success.
TeacherMs. Micki loves working with children because of their joyful personalities, honesty, and enthusiasm for learning. She believes children are the future and enjoys giving them the attention, encouragement, and support they need to thrive while having fun each day.

Ms. Samantha is passionate about helping children grow and celebrates each milestone they achieve along the way. She enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and their families and finds fulfillment in knowing she is making a positive and lasting impact in their lives.

Ms. Victoria has a passion for caring for young children and loves being part of their early learning journey. She finds great joy in watching her babies grow, develop new skills, and reach important milestones while providing a nurturing and loving environment.
Ms. Sammie Jo Spindor
TeacherMs. Sammie Jo loves bringing joy and laughter into the classroom by playing, learning, and being silly with her Pre-K students. She enjoys discovering each child’s unique personality, solving the wonderful “puzzles” that children can be, and building meaningful bonds as she helps them grow and succeed.
Ms. Sandy Cox
TeacherEven though Ms. Sandy recently retired, she has been enjoying tutoring at Mathnasium here in Saginaw, and is thrilled to continue her passion for education in our Little Blessings program. She is also the children’s director for Saginaw United Methodist Church.
Ms. Taylor Lilley
TeacherMs. Taylor is passionate about supporting children’s growth and takes pride in helping them reach new goals and milestones. She loves fostering social-emotional development at every age, encouraging children to build confidence, form positive relationships, and thrive throughout their learning journey.
Ms. Jeylin Salazar
TeacherMs. Jeylin loves working with children because of their sweet personalities and the joy they bring each day. She enjoys observing and learning about each child’s unique interests and development. She also loves supporting every classroom and building connections with children of all ages.
